The cancer relapses of endometrial carcinoma are most frequently localized in the vaginal cuff, pelvic and para-aortic lymph nodes, peritoneum, and lungs, whereas the abdominal wall, intra-abdominal organs, and central nervous system are unusual sites. We present F-FDG PET/CT appearance of a pathologically proven abdominal wall metastasis in a 51-year-old woman with a diagnosis of endometrial adenocarcinoma 4 years ago.
