There were two distinct early post-discharge pain trajectories in patients undergoing thoracoscopic sublobar resection
for stage IA non-small cell lung cancer. Higher subcutaneous
fat index, preoperative pain severity, and hospital stay were
associated with the unrecovered post-discharge pain trajectory (https://doi.org/10.1245/s10434-025-18183-y).
